I just wanted to say a great big thank-you, today, for everything that Iris did to help Sandy move out of the studio. The patience and professionalism and understanding of your team were very gratefully appreciated. I really am truly grateful to you, and will be sure to work with you again in future, as/when we need to. Very best wishes, Guy
