Excellent communication throughout the process. Excellent on moving day itself - arrived first thing and vans were loaded by just after 09:00. Met us outside our new house and unloaded within an hour of us getting the keys. Polite and friendly throughout.

These guys moved us from Oxfordshire down to Cornwall and we’re excellent. Going from a 4 bed to a 3 in a coastal town they completed the move in two days. A team of three at each end were very efficient yet took great care of everything. A couple of scratches here and there on some units but the move was over 200 miles so had to expect a bit of wear and tear. Not the cheapest but we looked at the reviews and the amount of trucks we’d seen in the area and for the severe lack of stress we had over the move, worth every penny. We don’t plan on moving back up to Oxfordshire but would recommend these to anyone in the area.

The team at ISIS delivered an excellent service at short notice. The full packing service was particularly helpful and was fantastic value for money. On the day we had a team of 5 workers with two vans and the whole job was completed in 7 hours. Everyone was in uniform and were both helpful and polite.

Isis moved us from Bucks to Aberdeenshire and they are actually about the best service company in any sector I have ever had the pleasure of engaging. From the moment David N came around to assess our property, we felt listened to and trust started to form. Gemma in the office answered every last question promptly and with charm. On the day itself, 9 (nine!) removals people arrived to load up our life into vans -- starting at 8.30am, finishing at... wait for it... noon. We are a family of six, with a lot of stuff. I thought it would have taken three days. It was actually quite humbling to see such professionalism, speed and just plain hard work. Not a single thing damaged, no walls scraped, nothing except fast work.They absolutely know what they are doing, have done it all before, nothing fazes them, they are lovely and effective and brilliant. 12/10!

The whole experience with ISIS removals has been fantastic so far. They were easy to contact and prompt to reply to questions. The packing and removal team were professional throughout and worked efficiently. We are using their storage service before they move us again in the future so we can't comment on that aspect of the service yet. Based on our experience so far, would recommend and use again.EDIT Jan 2023 - The team at ISIS were fantastic with redelivery of our items from their storage facility. Arrived on time, were polite and friendly throughout and delivered all items safely to the specified areas within the house. Would not hesitate to approach ISIS for a removals quotation in the future.
